"Keg Conditioning is another fine product from the sharp mind of Dave Lemanczyk. Dave is one of the few people that tell it like it is. If you want a no-nonsense way of getting into shape, and I mean REAL SHAPE, Keg Conditioning is a must read and watch for the serious athlete no matter what sport you compete in. Dave lays it all out for you in an easy to understand format. No magic bullets here as hard work is the underlying theme. If you dont work hard, no training course will work for you. Dave makes it very clear. It is not complicated but it takes a sharp mind to take in the simplicity of it all. That is the shear beauty of Keg Conditioning; rock solid advice made simple. Follow Daves exercises, work hard at what Dave shows you, and you cant help but get into better shape. Do yourself a favor and spend the money you would waste on a muscle goop that will supposedly make you stronger and invest in a system that will positively turn your training around for the rest of your life. This is the real deal folks, so get yours today

I have known Dave Lemanczyk for the past five years and have had the privilege of training with him on many occasions. He has never cease to amaze me with his physical prowess and mental toughness. He's at the top of my list for people I'd want on my side if things were to get nasty. While I've been impressed by elite athletes in many disciplines, there always seems to be something missing from their arsenal. Usually if someone has brute strength, there lacking speed, mobility, explosiveness, endurance, etc. Likewise, the speed demons are usually lacking strength. Not so with Dave. He has no obvious weaknesses. I have never seen a better rounded athlete period. Where else can you see a 6'-3" 250lb guy dunk a 25lb sandbag from a standing position, slam #3 hand grippers, and still toy with 330lb + stones without the use of drugs or tacky? Dave can do this all day long. I believe the reason for Daves success lye's in his ability to think and focus all his resources on training methodologies that quickly and efficiently deliver results. He is super creative and highly knowledgeable in what works versus what doesn't work. He dispenses with the BS, plain and simple. Im glad he's decided to bring his knowledge to everyone in the form of Keg Conditioning. If you're willing to put in the effort, I guarantee Keg Conditioning will help you shatter all your previous boundaries in the physical realm. Dave has become the unstoppable force and the immovable object simultaneously...what can you become?

"Keg Conditioning changed my training, strength, body shape and so much more! I love to challenge my self and this was the best way I have found! After months of being undecided, I finally paid for the Book & DVD and have never looked back. I remember my first workout with the keg doing 100 reps, I pulled up so sore, like nothing before! The keg is great for functional strength. The steel keg makes a man of you, its big and awkward, the water just adds to the exercise, unstable really making you engage more muscles to keep stable during the exercise I have 3 kegs now at different sizes.
I love KEG CONDITIONING!Dave Lemanczyk clearly demonstrates the extraordinary potential of this simple conditioning tool. With no more than an empty keg (or partially-filled if preferred - more on that in a minute), a small training area and a bit of determination there is a wealth of power available. It really is an incredible tool. The KEG CONDITIONING package comprises both DVD and printed forms, to both demonstrate and explain the techniques as thoroughly as possible. Dave shares a number of exercises (and variations) covering everything from presses to carries; including some particularly creative forms of each. These alone make the DVD invaluable.
The techniques, however, include far more than a simple overview of the exercises (though that is certainly included). Dave carefully explains - and demonstrates - exactly how & why to lift a keg a particular way, where & how to grip the keg; and a number of similar details which can make a world of difference in this type of conditioning work.
I mentioned above that the option exists to use a partially-filled keg. Although all of the exercises are intensely challenging (especially in high volume work) with an empty keg, a simple way to increase the difficulty is to add water to the keg. Not full; a fairly small amount of water (much less than the weight implies, as it'll be sloshing around) makes a significant difference. Try it and you'll see what I mean.
In short, anyone that wants to become obscenely strong, have fantastic strength-endurance and be completely indomitable in their chosen sport or activity. It's an incredibly powerful tool. More specifically, well, you. If you love outdoor training as much as I do (and particularly at this time of year), grab a copy of KEG CONDITIONING. Learn how to do it the right way, and you'll see some amazing changes take place.
As I said at the start, I love this package. If you're ready to get yourself some serious strength-endurance, grab a copy of KEG CONDITIONING. Superb.
I will be 44yrs old this November. Current BW is in low 180's.. I've been lifting on / off for a number of years. Approx 8-10yrs ago I got really focused and heavy into powerlifting.. I trained / competed for 5 years. At the peak of competing (198lb weight class) my best competition lifts (equiped) were...565lb squat, 450lb bench, 545lb deadlift. I also had a legit 500lb shirted bench. This was done at a bench seminar with Sebastian from the Metal Militia. My PL'ing career ended in the summer 2005. I was tired of carrying the extra weight (212lbs + when not competing)..I started doing more cardio and by October of 2005 completed my 1st 5k trail run..In Jan 2006 I registered for, and ultimately completed, the Chicago Marathon. Needless to say my transistion to endurance sports was fast and furious.. Over the next 3yrs I competed in an completed triathlons (including 1/2 Ironman events), road races, snowshoe races, 12hr mountain bike races and a few 24hr road endurance events.. All of this culminated in 2008 when I rode approx 4000 training miles in preparation for the Adirondack 540. This was a 540mile endurance bike race that involved 30,000 ft of climbing in the Adirondack mtns. Unfortunately I DNF'd that event, but learned alot about myself. My biggest take away from that event was that I had lost focus and stopped cross training.. What I was doing was not fun anymore and I no longer had motivation to compete. Fortunately I was still motivated to train.... I eventually drifted back to heavy lifting and started to dabble again in powerlifting. Then late last year I was again toying with a bench shirt and strained my shoulder and A/C joint. No real damage, but I realized my days of heavy lifting were over...To fill my time and keep in shape I got involved with Israeli Krav Maga. That exposure to Krav and my involvement with our local PD as a Reserve Officer, got me more interested in functional strength training, strongman stuff, MMA training, etc....The interesting thing is the more I stayed away from conventional lifting the better my shoulder felt.. I started with Kettle bells and grew from there...The internet is a great tool...It gave me alot of ideas and reminded me of things I had forgotten...It was the net that led me you your website. At the time I did not have a keg, but was hungry and came up with other ways to build A** KICKIN' workouts...Finally, this past weekend I got a keg.. I wasted no time getting it set up. I trained with it for the 1st time this past Sunday...Now being something new I should of probably taken it easy and gotten used to the implement... Well that didn't happen..I didn't go heavy, but I banged out the reps... Keg Power Press = 100 reps (5sets of 20), 80 reps with 41.5lb keg (10lbs water) and last 20 reps with 51.5lb keg (20lbs water). I finished up with 100 reps of Keg Clean & Press (10 sets of 10) with 60lb keg (30lbs water). All I can say is HOLY S***, I am sore today...I hurt in areas I haven't hurt in before...Despite my aches, I am looking forward to another kick a** workout with the keg and trying different exercises as well as adding more water weight.. Now I've trained with a slosh pipe. That gave me my 1st exposure to unbalanced lifting, but it is nothing like a keg with water in it.. First of all the keg is awkward. It's bulky, the center of gravity ends up being further away from your body. Those things alone make it a challenge.. Then throw in 10, 20, 30, 50lbs or more of water sloshing around inside and you have the makings of something that will challege you like no other lifting has before. This, I can see already, is going to be a staple of my training. I will definately be passing on the word about keg training and will be sharing my new "toy" with my Krav Maga classmates tonight. Finally props to you. It was not until I handled a keg myself did I really appreciate how challenging Keg Conditioning is and how strong you have to be to handle the Keg weights that you do. Time, consistency, and commitment will breed strength..I am looking forward to being "truely strong" with the infusion of Keg Conditioning into my training".
"Dave I coach grade school wrestling. I have some hard core student athletes! Last year a few of our guys and I were riding home from a meet and one mentioned you in conversation. I told him I had seen your stuff on youtube and It all looked like tuff stuff. Fast forword 6 months. The wrestler mentioned has a sand bag and been using your stuff all summer. He works with a bag that is up to 110% of his body weight. His dad told me he has shouldered and squated and bear hug hill climbed all summer. Trust me the hill in question is steep and long! Now I know he cleaned up his diet alot but I was stunned when I bumped into he and his dad the other day. He lost 30lbs! Went from chubby to almost skinless and huge! He had to have gained 15lbs of muscle! I can not wait to see him tear up guys on the mat! Needles to say our conditioning program just changed! Thanks coach".
"I just wanted to say thanks for KEG CONDITIONING. I love the challenge. Here's my workout for today. keg lunge 60 reps 5 sets. Bear hug carries for 300 yards 5 sets.lateral loading l&r 50 reps 5 sets. Keg press 50 reps 5 sets. Weight used was 100 pound keg. Thanks for the inspiration.
"I followed your workout this AM at 0415 - Thanks for working out with me at that time. I appreciate the fact that you are right there with the student. I love the workout and see and feel the benefits of KEG CONDITIONING. I especially liked your keg burpee. I am pending on the lunges until I get outside the back yard. YouTube can't do justice to your DVD!"
"Dave, I just wanted to say thank you for your guidance and training inspiration. It got me All-State football honors and a scholarship to college! I owe that to you! Thanks for your time!
"I feel that I am very lucky to have met Dave and am able to train with him one on one. Before I met him I did not think there were any modern warriors left in society. I cannot say enough good things about him and how he has changed my life, and I believe his style of training is the next evolution in the field, and everyone should quit their gyms right now and start Dave?s training! I stumbled on Dave?s training through his wife, who told me her husband was a private trainer, being polite I asked for his website, but I was thinking ?sure he?s a personal trainer", everyone and their mother are personal trainers these days. But once I got that first daily tip in my inbox I knew Dave was different. His tips were full of lines like this, ?Today's SOFT American society is all consumed with lawsuits and weak people. I say so, because there is too much caution and not enough action. Too many HEAT WARNINGS, too many soft out of shape donut people trying to bring the rest of society DOWN! If you're hardcore like me, battle the heat and make a warrior out of yourself. Sorry if anybody took offense to this broadcast today but my job isn't to make people happy. My job is to improve people and teach people what it means to be a champion.? So powerful. So I booked a session and I have trained with him once a week for over two years, and god willing the next 30. His philosophy is just different. He takes training back to what is was for most of our human history (before strength training was hijacked by the bodybuilding crowd), building real strength that can be used in real situations. Carrying, dragging, and lifting from the ground to overhead, using large awkward objects. Dave strengthens joints, tendons, and ligaments along with muscle. And forget about sets and reps and breaks, we go for endurance, which usually means when I have had enough and am ready to quit (mentally) we are about a quarter finished. The training is just as much mental as it is physical because I reach that place where I would definitely quit if I was alone but I have to press on. And I learned to just do one more, and one more, and more. It?s easier to do one more a hundred times, than to do a hundred. Dave has taught me that the mind will try to quit before the body is ready. While training with Dave I have conquered so many mental battles and broke through so many walls where I knew without a doubt I could not continue yet somehow I did. I can never forget some of the hardest mental/physical battles he put me through, battles that had me afraid to return. One being my first 30 yard 180 pound sandbag carry. I had put more into that carry than anything I have done my whole life and it felt amazing. I have never felt more amazing in my life than the way I feel after a session with Dave. On one occasion I walked into a supermarket after a training session and I just felt amazing and a deep connection to nature, and I just looked at everyone and felt a sadness that so many of these people might never have an experience like I just did in my training and might never feel what I am feeling after it. I sit in my cubicle all week, withering away, losing my spirit, but once a week I get a reminder of my warrior nature. The great thing about Dave?s philosophy is that you are not only becoming a champion when you train but in all areas of your life. Thanks again Dave. See you Monday.!
"I just finished watching your K.C. Video and reading your K.C. Book. AWESOME! But it made me realize something and I have to come clean with you. I have not been giving my physical training my best effort-my all. After viewing you in training I have just been going through the motions. But it's a good thing because I know what I need to do and where I'm headed with this. Thank you-you have really shown me the light-WOW! It's time to kick butt and take names! Thanks again Dave.
"Just received the Book & DVD. I'll probably have a few questions once I actually get up and running although the DVD was pretty thorough. By the way, the DVD is the selling point. It shows the effort that needs to be put forth in order for this to work at it's best. Struggling and 'failing' with form and reps on camera shows supreme confidence as well as letting us know what it takes. Anyway, I'm already in good shape for a boomer health & strength wise, heavy lifting-barbells and dumbells, hiking, biking & swimming for the last 30 plus years, however I have a layer of fat (even belly fat) that has had a death grip on me for a while. I do not do this type of natural real world strength-endurance conditioning and I am betting that's what I'm missing. I'm going to give it 100% and we will see what happens. Thank you!
"Just wanted to drop a quick line to tell you how I've been enjoying your e-mails and blog for many months, and to say that I thought KEG CONDITIONING was a great Book and Video. I'm anxiously awaiting the sequel. Keep up the good work!
Thanks again, Dave, for putting KEG CONDITIONING out there for those of us who understand and appreciate the value and neccessity of hard work in our training, as well as for the always inspiring and informative e-mails and blog posts.
"I had a serious lower back injury last October and some exercises like squats and deadlift are still giving pain. So I gave K.C. a try with an exercise I know is not giving me pain and is a favorite of mine: the keg clean and press. 5 minutes with my 44lbs keg. MAN!!!! This is almost not to describe! It must be lived to be understood. Probably the hardest 5 minutes of training in my life. I sold all my fitness equipment and switched to kegs, sandbags, tires, sledgehammer and bodyweight exercises. My clients switched also and love it as much as I do. I make very nice gains in strength and muscle mass and enormous gains in functional strength. I noticed it first when playing with my two year old daughter who feels so light now. She loves it since I can play longer with her :-) I already own the course and offered one to my brother together with two kegs. His free weights are now kegs! :-)
Thanks so much for the wonderful course you wrote end the precious teaching you give".
"Just a quick note to let you know I received your KEG CONDITIONING course a few weeks back and have been throwing my keg around ever since using your exercise recommendations. What a great way to exercise and am I ever seeing results both in terms of all over strength gains and in terms of overall conditioning. But what I like MOST about the course is the mental attitude you bring to it. It's the development of mental toughness that intrigues me the most. I love the fact that there are to be no excuses, no babying of yourself, no creation of buffers when your mind tells you it's time to quit (before it's really time!). The real benefit of course is that this mental toughness carries over into other areas of your life and soon your personality and character begins to morph into something really to be proud of. Through your course you've taught me something of great value about life and successful living that transcends just physical exercise.
Thanks for a great product and a great philosopy to live by."
"I have been training with Dave for the past 6 years and I can say with one hundred percent certainty that there is no better way to train than his way. Before training with Dave I trained the way almost everyone else does, with regular weights. Although I was building my strength and size I knew there had to be a better way to train for baseball. Once I met Dave I found exactly what I was looking for, an exercise program that not only pushes you physically but mentally. It only took a few training sessions to see results. I was quickly improving my strength, speed, endurance, flexibility and mental toughness. From the first training session on I only improved. I was hitting the ball with power and throwing harder than ever before. Within the first year of training Dave?s way I impressed my coaches enough to be named team captain and MVP of my high school team that season. Thanks to Dave?s training I received a lot of other awards in baseball and got offers to play baseball in college, which I turned down for personal reasons. Dave?s style of training not only helped me in baseball but every aspect of life. Through his workouts I learned that hard work and determination really pays off and I can achieve anything when I set my mind to it. After seeing what hard work does to you physically, I decided to take the same work ethic I have when I worked out with him into the classroom. As a result I received straight A?s during my entire high school career, which resulted in me getting a scholarship into a prestigious college?s competitive physical therapy program. Besides my parents I contribute my success to him. Although I am not playing baseball anymore I continue working with Dave through his KEG CONDITIONING program in order to stay fit, disciplined, and improve my mental toughness. I recommend this program along with all of Dave?s other products to anyone who not only wants to succeed on the field but off of it as well.
"Training with Dave has shifted my paradigm on exercise all together. The primary motive for training is to break all your known boundaries, all the mental barriers that have held you back previously and to persevere to a new, uncharted level of your own self. Who are you? What are you capable of? How can you perform after the fatigue and strain have already set in? These questions will all be answered when that commitment is made to train the KEG CONDITIONING way. Anyone can train until they get fatigued, but how many can train through the strain? This is what turns men into warriors. This is training for real life. In an emergency will there be time to grab your weight lifting straps? Will there be sets and reps? Or will there be hardcore effort until the job is done? Don't fool yourself. There are no cute gloves, mirrors, gimmicks, supplements or excuses in this realm. Deep introspection, Mental toughness, Functional Strength through Holistic Development, Peak Fitness .. Find out what all this means through Dave Lemanczyk's Original and Unorthodox method of KEG CONDITIONING".
"Back in the late 1980's, I had walked into a gym, with a Muscle Magazine in my hands. I had told the trainer, I want to join your gym. I want to look like this guy on the cover of this Muscle Magazine. The trainer then developed a workout for me. How great it felt to be working out but then after a few weeks, I was not seeing the results that I wanted to. I look in the mirror, flex my muscles, and saw nothing. It was then that I started to get upset. I wanted to see the results now. The trainer then told me about some supplements to take. A few weeks later, still no fast results that I wanted to see. Instead of going to the gym 3x a week, I then went once a week. Slowly I did not go at all. The next year, I went to another gym. The same thing happened all over again. I began to buy all kinds of books and tapes, reading about all these different supplements. Hoping that this will do the trick for me. Instead of having the trainer set up the workout, I would find one from a book or tape. Then I would do it. The same results I was seeing time and time again. Once again, I was not seeing the results that I wanted to see now.
Finally, after years of going form gym to gym, I finally thought I found the gym that would do it all for me; a hardcore powerlifting gym. I was buying more supplements, gear, and subscribing to a heavy hardcore lifter type of mentality. I was obsessed with going on hardcore lifting websites. Time and time again, I was subject to steroid usage. Even thought about taking them myself.
It was at this time, that I had discovered Dave Lemanczyk and his KEG CONDITIONING workouts. After calling him and talking to him, I realized what the problem was and why I was not seeing the results that I wanted to. I could not look in the mirror at all. I did not see or feel that invincible warrior deep inside of me. I could not turn the finger inward. Dave gave me the challenge that no trainer had ever said to me. He told me, "If you want to get big and strong, then you have to look in that mirror and turn that finger inward". At that point, I had to find that invincible warrior I had buried and had chained deep inside of me. When I finally was able to look into the mirror, and discover the invincible warrior deep within me, not only did my strength take off, but my life had changed as well. I had so much life and was full of so much energy. I was no longer afraid. Goals and dreams, I began to see and to go after. It was only after, I had discovered that invincible warrior deep inside of me, that I was ready to lift and act like one. I never forget the first time, I grasped that keg in my hands. Instead of going to some gym, and have people watch you, or feel intimidated, it was just me and my weapon, the keg. As I grasped that keg, and lifted it high above my head, I could see the sun glistening on the keg. As if it was some sword. That invincible warrior took off in me like a rocket. I could not wait to train with it again. From Dave Lemanczyk's KEG CONDITIONING Book, I also learned about something that no trainer, or never read about before. That was deep inside of you is the most powerful supplement you ever want to feel. It is all natural. Once you learn to turn it on and off, there would be no stopping you. You never have to buy another supplement again. Nor have to go down the road of using steroids. What you discover Dave introduces to one in his KEG CONDITIONING Book is the "indomitable will." Which is; "The usage of adrenaline is essentially what allows human beings to perform the possible!"
Each time I pick up that keg, that indomitable will and invincible warrior becomes more of a fire deep inside of me. It is so great to feel daily so alive, full of life, and full of energy every single day! I will never go back to a gym again!
When you purchase Dave Lemanczyk's KEG CONDITIONING Program, this is exactly what it will do for you to. For KEG CONDITIONING is truly unlike ANY other workout program because it is not just about exercises and workouts. Dave Lemanczyk also talks to the inner you. He helps you to be able to look into the mirror. To see that invincible warrior, that he sees in each and everyone of us. So that your strength, and energy can take off in you, in ways you could never of dreamed of.
Take it from a person who used to be so weak, inside himself. Someone who could not even look one second in a mirror. Who had such a low self esteem of himself. Purchase Dave Lemanczyk's KEG CONDITIONING set. Subscribe to his newsletters, read his emails and blogs. Open the doors of your mind, heart, soul, and spirit to everything he is telling you. You will then discover a you inside of you, you never knew was in you!! Wait until YOU do"!
"Dave, Been kicking ass with K.C. for about a year now! Love it! I was in the backyard in the 90 degree heat doing lunges and the conditioner when my mailman asked me what I was doing. He's a bit of a monster himself. I have him my copy of KC to borrow and look over and he loves it! I would like to send him a gift of the KC course and get him hooked once he feels the what I does for the body and mind! I just wanna say that by far, your no bullsh** approach to physical and mental training is leaps and bounds above all. Kicking a** and taking names".
"I just wanted to write and tell you how much I'm enjoying your program KEG CONDITIONING! I actually had a hard time putting it down. I feel your experience as a professional Athlete gave you some unique perspectives that makes for an interesting program/Philosophy. I love that it's a Physical Book & DVD not a download. I received it rather quickly in the Mail, and I was impressed with the quality of the book & DVD as well as the Content!
I love the Heavy emphasis on Mental Toughness and having or more importantly to some how to develop a proper attitude, something that many, many programs are sadly missing. What can be more important, especially in these hard times. The three Mental Exercises in the back of the book, I've never seen and thought they were priceless, if used worth the price of the program alone! I thought I was getting a Book & DVD too teach or show me some cool techniques with KEG's, much to my surprise it was a Complete system, with Concepts I've never really considered. I look forward to experimenting with some of these concepts with myself and Clients!! By the way, I thought the two free audio Bonuses were Badass as well!! I appreciate the fact that you have time to answer questions and sincerely do everything possible to make sure all your customers are set up for success!
I also love the fact that whether or not one agrees with your Training Philosophy, one has to respect the fact that you walk the walk you are talking about with KEG CONDITIONING. Your not some Internet Guru, busting out the Flavor or the Month. This is literally what Dave Lemanczyk is all about, preaching what he practices. Thanks again for putting KEG CONDITIONING out and I look forward to purchasing your other products brother!
