Here at K.C. Headquarters, we produce results only with progressive, sensible, and functional applications of exercise. We don't run a "copy and paste" workout system here! What makes me different from other personal and private trainers?
I played a professional sport and earned two relevant higher education degrees (Human Services, B.S. & Physical Education, M.S.) which I rely heavily on. In addition, I have been exposed to professional athletics my entire life from an inside perspective. In continuance, you can definitely count on me to consistently motivate and educate you with result producing methods of physical training. My job is to keep common sense, blue collar fitness in effect, and spread the pertinent information like wildfire. One of the most important parts of a training program are the people using it and that's why your testimonial is so important to me!
