The first step in taking charge of your workouts is by altering your mental attitude. This perspective is necessary in helping you to achieve your goals. I call the end result of this change Indomitable Will. In fact, I even have an audio CD that explains how to go about achieving it. There are many segments to this and it is a very intimate process for each person. There is no getting around the journey of self-mastery within physical culture.

Challenge yourself to be accountable to your goals. Focus on them and become them then before you know it, you shall reach them. With a positive and dominating mindset, you literally become a support system for yourself. This will grant you the ability to feel tremendous confidence within yourself.
