...to the home of honest, sensible, and hard training. My name is Dave Lemanczyk and I am a private trainer located in Long Island, New York. Over the years I have developed a unique brand of fitness called KEG CONDITIONING that I use with my clients. Since my clientle is diverse using a program that can be adapted to anyone with success is primary. The "K.C." training style is something that can be tailored to anyone depending on individual fitness goals. The weekend warrior types tend to follow the program more closely as compared to the competitive athlete who will use pieces here and there. This is an independent functional training solution. The actual training course itself begins with an empty 20 or 30 pound steel keg, wooden wine/whiskey barrel, plastic drum or even sandbag if you have to. You choose the implement to use and roll with the exercises that I put together for you in each workout. With your consistent hard work, you earn the right to make the keg heavier via the course. This is when your 20 or 30 pounder becomes, 50, 100, 200, 300, pounds or more. Before you know it, you will be manhandling half filled steel kegs then onto H U G E Barrels that are much heavier than the original 20 or 30 pounder. Using this style of training, I bet my business that you'll be stronger and tougher than you ever were before you did it plus you will have a lot of fun! Who am I really? I am a hard working honest trainer in Long Island, New York. I shoot it straight and know more people should have access to the type of training knowledge it takes to get results. There really aren't any "secrets" persay when it boils down to getting ridiculously strong. The facts lead directly to the following; if you plan on getting incredibly strong, you had better be ready to go through total body exercise with intensity, pain, and suffering over a longer period of time than you have ever experienced before. Don't plan on anything big happening for you or your training if you are not willing to pay this price. This is what it takes to become a champion and make mammoth physical progress.
